It's certainly not needed for crash (not even "wr" command in a live session). All I could find were notices about root kits (which is hardly a reason to keep the feature) and "security researchers" (which, when you think about it, is essentially the same kind of use, except for the motivation). So let's disable it in master branch now so that the change reaches Tumblewed with 5.1 kernel (in ~6 weeks). I would rather keep released openSUSE versions (42.3 and 15.0) untouched.
