Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Boot rescue system from DVD 2. Login as root 3. Issue one of "reboot", "shutdown -r now", "halt" or "shutdown -h now" Actual Results: System does not reboot/halt, but instead it ends with: Master Resource Control: runlevel 6 has been reached INIT: no more processes left in this runlevel after which only a power off/power on helps on getting the system rebooted/halted.
