There is no other choice than to build your own. Download the source rpm and you can build your own KVM using something like rpmbuild --rebuild --with spice kvm-1.0-129.6.src.rpm It will require a bunch of spice development rpms and protocol rpms to compile. But once you have the required packages to compile, the build seems to go through quite cleanly.
