[Bug 1207554] openSUSE Tumbleweed 20230123 doesn't boot after installation on Intel RST VMD volume

Tried to re-install with re-formatting UFI partition - now it's black screen and fall-back to startup device menu. It doesn't even try to detect bootloader I think there are 2 problems: 1. System doesn't boot from EFI patition (which is strange as windows 11 was booting just fine from it) 2. Initrd doesn't assemble the fake raid.
