We also can't change the gconf key from the package of the plugin; the only place where we can change it is in gconf2-branding-openSUSE... And it won't work for users who have changed their list of plugins. So, for 11.4+1, we can file a bug to not install this plugin by default (easy). For 11.4, I'm really not sure what's best to do here.
