Hi Heitor,
The newest version of Terminator on Tumbleweed (1.90-2.3) doesn't even start for me, because the Python GTK/GDK 3 component doesn't recognize the X display (it words fine on Leap 42.3 though).
Can you please check which version of terminator you're using, and maybe simply paste the output of the following command?
zypper info terminator
