I use KDE-R47. One day lost with game "what is wrong". Similar problems repeated after some months with other stuff. My question is: Why a new package in the repository always replace the old one? Why not stay there package with one previous version? In this case, "one step back" is impossible. The only thing I could do was: downgrade whole KDE from another repos. The first attempt was to downgrade to KDE-R46, unfortunately the same result. Next - downgrade to KDE-4.6.5 from from official repository. Unfortunately, very conservative with old-buggy KDE with old-buggy apps (for example krusader 2.0). The same problem also have other repos. I understand - that this problem is the volume of data in the repository. But the main "production" repository would be "one step back" to have had. OR my idea: add optional functionality to Zypper - save Packages T-1 to a local repository "one step back". The wolf is fed and goat lives. :-) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
