[Bug 732884] firewall activation during install(default) causes firewall deactivation with install finishing - user do not see that!

For 12.1 this submit request was ignored, and as a result no networkcard was recognized. https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/87584 (bnc#716708) Before I booted into the system, all runlevel 4 entries were removed. But the firewall was disabled anyway once the network card was configured manually.
