I have powersave profiles Performance and Powersave configured in the same way: -Display brightness both on and various levels 2/3 and half -Dim display both on and varying times 5 and 4 minutes -Screen energy saving both on and varying times 10 and 7 minutes -Suspend session both on and varying times 15 and 10 minute -Button events handling both on and laptop lid closed -sleep power button pressed -prompt log out dialog -Disable desktop effects both off -Run script both off Performance profile activated if power adapter is plugged in Powersave profile activated if power adapter is unplugged In both profiles the netbook works as expected with one exception. In the case of unplugged power adapter the wireless network does not restart fully and constantly/repeatedly asked for the security password while Knetworkmanager still has the password. In the case of plugged in power adapter the wireless networks resumed oke. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Wait on suspend/sleep action or close lid for sleep while power adapter is unplugged 2.After a few minutes press power button to resume 3.Wait a short time to notice the request for security password. Actual Results: The system asked constantly/repeatedly for the security password while Knetwork-manager still has the password. Entering the security password results in a repeated request for the security password and still no active wireless network Expected Results: Restarted the wireless network resulting in an active wireless network. The same behaviour as while the power adapter is plugged in. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
