Xorg crashes are not common Well, that may depend on your setup and the graphics driver in use.
installing debuginfos won't make them any less seldom Certainly, yes. A lot of Xorg errors are non-reproducible; i.e. they only occur scarcely; f.i. due to race conditions or because the sequence of protocol requests will never be the same. Most users don`t install debuginfo in advance because everyone hopes that Xorg will run without errors. Nobody installs debuginfo with hindsight in order to wait for the next error which may or may not come its way. That way a lot of bugs will stay undiscovered; reporting them would clearly improve the stability of Xorg.
