Okay, thanks for testing this. The sdhci-acpi error messages are gone, but since the PCI devices are still missing, the sdhci-pci driver can't bind to them. We need to find out now why these devices exist under openelec and not under opensuse. Can you, just for testing purposes, try to change the above mentioned BIOS option and see if it makes a difference? One difference between the dmesg files was that on SUSE there appeared S4 in the list of supported sleep states, while it is missing on the openelec dmesg.
