If help is really welcome and should be continual openSUSE's KDE maintainers should learn to make use of management by delegation/exception. An open source project is like real life: If you say to your employees they should do sth. and do not give them permissions to decide but make them responsible then they will become frustrated ... In Germany we call it "Missverhältnis zwischen Aufgabe - Kompetenz - Verantwortung". If you force 100% job performance for giving more space and promise everything under the sun but you as a superior do much less (e. g. kde4-l10n package has not been updated for a while) you must not wonder if your employees become frustrated. Btw. Ismail, you promised to talk about such this issue (IRC query 2011 May 25 19:08:25 CEST) But I assume help is not really wanted because "How To Be A Member Of The openSUSE KDE Team" does not explain how you can become a member or a maintainer ..
