I close this invalid, because the latest kernel is only provided for debugging/testing reasons, you should not use it for production. If you need a newer kernel, update or best install a fresh 11.3. Also did you ever have a look at /var/log/mcelog? If you really have real MCEs constantly you may have a HW defect.
