Hmm. What is a USB-Display? A Touchscreen (connected via USB) just connected to Type-C/Thunderbolt output in Displayport mode? This ticket is really a mess then.
Could it be that Displaylink and Displayport here are completely mixed up?
I don't think so. An USB Display is typically an USB Device with Display, non-touch or touch, and connected via USB2 cable. The display has an usb2 type-b port and connects to usb2 or usb3 type-A port. The protocol to transport the video signal is from company DisplayLink (now Synaptics, they bought them). The driver in SLES15 is "udl". -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
