https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=236166 Summary: zen-updater out of sync Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Zenworks AssignedTo: zlm-code10-bugs@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: dominique.leuenberger@tmf-group.com QAContact: sarifulla@novell.com The problem: - Zen-Updater shows updates to be installed from different catalogs. If as user, I now go on Console and type rug in <one of the packages to be updated>, rug installs it, and it disappears from the list of updates n zen-update (so: it has seen that there is no longer an update needed). But when now going back to zen-updater, and selecting to 'update', it gives an error, as the already updated (via rug) package is not available to update. the only way to solve this is by quitting zen-updater and restarting it. Neither rug refresh nor the refresh inside zen-updater can solve it. It seems, zen-updater keeps an own cache instead of asking ZMD for everything. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
