Again vesa driver in use. Looks like most pxeboot setups are broken. Why not adding a vga=0x314 option as we use it on our CD/DVDs now since more than 10 years, so at least 800x600 vesafb is available and fbdev driver can be used instead? Adjusting severity/priority accordingly.
vga=0x314 makes the graphical installer boot properly. I added that to the directions on the opensuse wiki for PXE. Perhaps this vga=0x314 should be default for the loader Kernel: openSUSE-11.1-Beta5-DVD-x86_64/boot/x86_64/loader/linux
Luc, we have a GM45 machine, but I'm not sure if we can reproduce this issue at all with it. This might be (again) a broken VideoBIOS.
