[Bug 528596] fingerprint reader with id 147e:2016 isn't detected correctly

But I might be mistaken. In case we really need an updated version of libfprint there is not much we can do for 11.3 as we're gold this week. As next steps I recommend the OBS approach and then push it towards FACTORY. That, of course, needs to be tied to an update for hwinfo (additional USB IDs).
