Version 1.14.2 which include the fix is available in GNOME:Factory right now, but not yet[1] in openSUSE:Factory(available for users to update). In the meantime, you can use the method mentioned in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=797136#c1 as a "workaround". Or you can use NM 1.14.2 in GNOME:Factory.
