https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=412063 Summary: Asterisk Packages Issue Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: i686 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: andrew@joako.net QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Field Engineer First, is there any optimization/changes made to the Asterisk 1.4 packages in repository? Is anything for ISDN added? Either way using the Asterisk 1.4.21.1 package from Repository network:telephony running Asterisk for a while sometimes when you issue the command "reload" or "restart now" asterisk will hang. If you attempt another "reload" it will state that a previous reload is still pending. When this happens you need to Ctrl+c out of the asterisk -r console, it will not continue to run normally. The "solution" to this is to kill -9 the asterisk process. However, this should not be hapening. I manage several other Asterisk systems also running 1.4.21.1 (built from source) including on various openSUSE systems and this behaviour is not shown when using Asterisk that is built by source. Maybe this is caused by the requirement that Zaptel drivers are built from source, since the package in the repository does not work (Bug # 407408). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
