https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=896054 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=896054#c0 Summary: Firefox 31.1.0 random screen/window flicker Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 13.1 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 13.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Firefox AssignedTo: bnc-team-mozilla@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: wurst.christoph@gmail.com QAContact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 Firefox 31.1.0 randomly flickers the websites content and other firefox UI elements. It looks like some buffer of the previous window image is flickering in. Example: 1. I open website A - site loads - everything seems fine 2. I go to another website B inside the same tab by entering the url 3. website B is shown, but randomly parts of the window show what the browser looked like with website A I have this issue on 2 (mostly) identical machines: OpenSuse 13.1 x64 Gnome 3.10.2 Firefox 31.1.0 I've tried firefox' safe mode with the exact same result - so I guess it's not a buggy add-on or similar Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Firefox 2. Go to some website 3. Go to another website inside same tab 4. Optionally move around the mouse Actual Results: screen flickers and shows parts of the first website or previous page I couldn't take a screenshot because as soon as i take one, the flickering stops. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
