https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=389162 Summary: Evolution too wide to fit 1024x display (ThinkPad X61s) Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Factory Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Evolution AssignedTo: bnc-team-evolution@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: christian.jaeger@rub.de QAContact: lakhil@novell.com Found By: --- Evolution is too wide to fit my screen (1024x768). This has the (not really) funny effect that when maximized, the whole screen 'jerks' when I try to click onto anything. For example I cannot even click the window control buttons in upper-right corner; when I try to click the middle button (maximize / unmaximize window), the complete screen 'jumps' a few pixels to the right or left. It seems Evo tries to keep the left or right window border aligned with the screen border - alternatingly. No button/control at all is clickable when the window is maximized! The only workaround currently is to work with an unmaximized window that is slightly wider than the screen. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
