http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1050904 http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1050904#c10 --- Comment #10 from Lukas Ocilka <locilka@suse.com> --- I'd extend the Ladislav question (after discussing this with him): - What is the expected final state of an installation repository name? - Does it depend on the selected (base) product or is it somehow build-specific? I read that we plan to release new SLE 15 media "quite often". - How this plays together with Tumbleweed / Leap? There we probably have just one product, but the problem is the same at the end (and we prefer one solution that fits all) - Can we, for instance, create a temporary _("System Installation Repository") and change it later in the workflow? Or do we need to keep it frozen. - When thinking about it, please, also consider impact on AutoYast. What are your expectations there? Keep in mind that the repository name can be already seen during installation at least at two places: - In detailed software selection (packages in repo X, repo of a package) - During installing packages "media name" So it should have some real name already at that ^ time. The team can do many different things, but they need to know your expectations. And sometimes a lot of magic is not worth it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
