http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1190871 http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1190871#c8 --- Comment #8 from Anthony Agelastos <iqgrande@gmail.com> --- My gut tells me this is related to the latest Nvidia drivers, which are causing issues elsewhere as well. I have some notes on this below in addition to a link from Nvidia that could be pointing to relevant information. 1. I need to run Discord with the flag "--disable-gpu-sandbox" for it to work. Searches online indicate this is due to an Electron bug that the new Nvidia drivers are exacerbating. 2. I opened up a ticket #1190840 because the login screen flashes for a split second and then goes black. 3. https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/nvidia-470-74-breaks-gsync-compatible-... : This seems to indicate an issue with G-Sync and odd behavior. I have a G-Sync monitor and tried turning this off with the drivers but that didn't change anything. I am unsure how to read the interrupt tables that I've provided. I would still like help from others in pinpointing the root cause (e.g., it could be the graphics card and its driver). Thank you for your help with this. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
