[Bug 779087] after 12.1->12.2 upgrade, system with ROOT on LVM-on-RAID fails to boot; loops VG not found/partial mode

Downgrade 12.2 back to 12.1 (using zypper dup + 12.1 iso) cures the problem. 1st reboot after downgrade recognizes ROOT on LVM-on-RAID.
