[Bug 1137748] suspend to RAM no longer working after upgrade to Leap 15.1

I had checked once with the Leap 15.2RC live usb about 15days ago and found that STR was not working on it, but I have not tested the workaround on it. If it was a kernel issue then the issue would have manifest itself on all distros at some point of time.
