Hi, the plans for the opensuse conference party[1] are getting more concrete, just to let you know: - We expect about 150 people, the party will be open from 19:00 - 24:00 - We are in negotiation with a catering service for food, cocktails and service, they will bring a bar, and we will prepare the room with lots of green light, couches, lounge music, bistro tables and other seatings. - As beer we will have the opensuse branded beer from weissenohe - As henne announced, the boosters will serve the community with food and cocktails. We need to announce this on the party flyers. Who is doing them? - We will use the beamer to display some opensuse logo and info on the space above the bar, please send me a message if you have a good idea what to show there. - The bar will probably offer a green punch and one green and one red cocktail. One thing I saw once in a bar in Cambridge was cool: they were displaying twitter messages sent to their account with a beamer. Maybe we could do that too?
