Really, I doubt using an URL shortener with a Lybian TLD is a good idea. This service may be interrupted at any time (specially with the recent news in this country) and for almost any reason. Not so long ago, the vb.ly domain (another URL shortener service) was interrupted which led to all shortened URL to fail.
