[GREEN] - implemented support for on-demand package instalation for 11.3, currently for installing mp3 support in Amarok, debuginfo for crashes and applications when there's none to open a specific mimetype (http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-kde/2010-03/msg00138.html).
