Hi, What I did last week: - upstream version in status page: + finish the script I was working on + run script to fill the attributes (took one hour to run...) + setup a cron job to keep the upstream versions in attributes up-to-date, handling failures correctly (ie, retry later) + after discussion on irc, looked at moving the code about attributes from webui to the status api. Got an initial patch that most probably doesn't work :-) - helped a bit with L3 bugs - shared on opensuse-gnome a list of features I'd like to see implemented for openSUSE 11.3 - GNOME Foundation: + board meeting + lots of mails and discussions, as usual - had long discussions with various people (from the community and from companies) about GNOME 3 and GNOME contributions in general - prepared FOSDEM: + chatted with coolo to get a complete overview of how package descriptions get translated, and looked a bit at all this afterwards + wrote some slides - travelled to FOSDEM. I'll write a separate report for FOSDEM since I need to sort my notes What I didn't do last week: - prepare the GNOME 3 talk I'll give on Thursday What I plan this week: - work on many new action items I gave to myself during FOSDEM - investigate potential issue with some upstream version not being set in attributes (reported by coolo) - test the patch to move the upstream data in the status api - really prepare the GNOME 3 talk, and deliver it - release a few GNOME tarballs for 2.29.90, and package the release (or review the submissions done by the community) Vincent -- Les gens heureux ne sont pas pressés. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-boosters+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-boosters+help@opensuse.org
