What I did last week: - announce GUADEC location - released some tarballs for GNOME 2.29.3 - a looooot of GNOME packaging, with some specific attention to various issues (like the new accessibility stack, which requires some migration) - investigated more the "gdm blocks shutdown" bug on 11.2 (bnc#540482). Pretty sure it's not a bug with gdm/ConsoleKit now, but with chvt. - filed some features for 11.3, to extract information from my brain - caught up with clarity What I plan to do this week: - some GNOME Foundation stuff (we have an advisory board meeting) - finish the GNOME packaging (I'm seeing the end of the tunnel) - encourage some discussion about a potential update to GNOME 2.28.2 in 11.2 (apparently, the maintenance team is not opposed to the idea). That would fix tons of bugs. - go back to the squad work What has been blocking me: - there was way too much GNOME packaging to do. It usually doesn't take that long to update packages, but that happens when we do not follow closely the upstream releases (and of course, if you add some new build failures in the mix).
