Yup. Background is mostly that SUSE Studio currently says: you can't use our trademark if you change things. Then goes ahead, let's users change things and applies the usual trademark packages. The idea is to loosen the trademark guideline a bit, saying: if you build a deriviate with eg Studio, use this and this artwork package (which will be almost the default except that it has a "build on openSUSE" in a few places). IOW minor change compared to what we have.
