[opensuse-boosters] export of connect plugins and settings

Maybe we could use this plugin: http://community.elgg.org/pg/plugins/project/384980/developer/milan/importex... to export the list of active plugins and settings from the production connect and put the resulting xml into git, so we have an easier way to setup the local development instances?
