I recently purchased SuSE 7.3 and am trying to install it. The problem I'm having is with my Raid. I'm using the Promise Fasttrak100 tx4 and at installation boot it freezes while detecting the drives (gives me an part table error). Seems to me that I need to have the driver for the controler installed for SuSE 7.3 to proceed. I tried looking on Promise's site and they do have linux drivers (ft.o), but not for SuSE 7.3 only 7.1 and 7.2. I would really appreciate some advice onto how I can proceed with my installation.
