Hi, I would like to package multimedia things (XBMC, FFMPEG, etc.) for openSUSE, and get it in OBS. Which formats are OK or implies legal issues? I need to know in order to use the right configure options. Only free, open, non-patent encumbered formats such as Ogg Theora, Ogg Vorbis and Flac are supported for legal reasons (patents). -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-bar+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-bar+owner@opensuse.org

Ok, so no MPEG (mpeg-2, mpeg-4, mp3, etc.), no h.264, no VC-1, etc. Thanks for your answer. Guillaume -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-bar+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-bar+owner@opensuse.org
