I think you are mixing things up. The footer on dewiki.opensuse.org says: © 2011 Novell, Inc. and others. All content is made available under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License version 1.2 ("GFDL") unless expressly indicated otherwise. Terms of site Where 'Terms of site' is a link to the Impressum. The footer on de.opensuse.org says: Copyright © 2008 Novell, Inc. Alle Rechte vorbehalten. Über openSUSE | Impressum | Feedback So, I see Impressum links on both footers. The problem is, that for the old wiki (de.opensuse.org) I don't even have the source code available. For the new german wiki (dewiki.opensuse.org), I can change the sources in svn, but we cannot deploy anything in provo at the moment, as we kind of lost control over our servers there and don't have a responding contact from acs.

Localized footers is something that we would have to implement in the wiki skin.
