[opensuse-bar] Recommend vlc-codecs in pattern-openSUSE

Hi. I'd like to request the replacement of Totem with VLC in the default LXDE pattern. And I also would like that the package vlc-codecs to be installed when the Packman repository is added (most people does it) to make possible the playback of media formats not supported without it.
