I hope the following forces autoyast to use your partition plan. Please try to add:
<partitioning config:type="list"> <drive> <initialize config:type="boolean">true</initialize> <device>/dev/hda</device> <partitions config:type="list"> <partition> <mount>swap</mount> <create config:type="boolean">false</create> <format config:type="boolean">true</format>
5 </partition> <partition> <mount>/</mount> <create config:type="boolean">false</create> <format config:type="boolean">true</format>6 <filesystem>ext3</filesystem> </partition> <partition> <mount>/data1</mount> <create config:type="boolean">false</create> <format config:type="boolean">false</format>7 <filesystem>ext3</filesystem> </partition> </partitions> </drive> </partitioning>
let me know what happens then. -- ciao, Uwe Gansert Uwe Gansert, Server Technologies Team SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstrasse 5, D-90409 Nürnberg, Germany e-mail: uwe.gansert@suse.de, Tel: +49-(0)911-74053-0, Fax: +49-(0)911-74053-476, Web: http://www.suse.de
Hi,
the result is:
/dev/hda1 9.1 GB - Extended 0 19589
/dev/hda5 3.1 GB - Linux swap swap 0 6529
/dev/hda6 3.1 GB F Linux nativ (ext2) / 6530 13059
/dev/hda7 3.1 GB - Linux nativ /data1 13060 19589
seams like the parameter <create config:type="boolean">false</create> is ignored
now.
I have also test this configuration with the parameter
