[opensuse-autoinstall] range-type in scripts is faulty
Hi Uwe,
in AY for SLES10 I'm using a script like this:
<rule>
<custom3>

<match>171-204</match>

I feel this is wrong and must be "-ge" and "-le" instead of "-gt" and "-lt" because I expect a closed range, not an open one. I really do need a fix for that, because we generate those rules from host config files automatically :-(
can you create a bugzilla entry for SLES10 SP1 for that please? -- ciao, Uwe Gansert Uwe Gansert, Server Technologies Team SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstrasse 5, D-90409 Nuernberg, Germany Business: http://www.suse.de/~ug now playing Placebo - Twenty Years -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-autoinstall+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-autoinstall+help@opensuse.org

Eehm, no, how do I do this? SLES is not on bugzilla. I can report the problem through our SLES support contract if you like? cu, Frank -- Dipl.-Inform. hm, thanx but that would be a little bit too much bureaucracy :) I'll create the bugreport by myself and assign it to me (sounds weird but is necessary). That will be fixed in SP1 and 10.3 then. I think you don't need a driverupdate? You can workaround that I think. -- ciao, Uwe Gansert Uwe Gansert, Server Technologies Team SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) Business: http://www.suse.de/~ug now playing NamNamBulu - Apart -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-autoinstall+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-autoinstall+help@opensuse.org

actually, this is an interesting question. i would probably choose sl 10.1, as sles 10 was based on it and mention in the comment itself that this is sles. but what would be the official way to report problems with sles ?
