Re: [suse-autoinstall] partition problems with AutoYast / boot pr oblems with Intel onboard pro/100 VE
Yes you have. Using the command line of isolinux (the boot image of the SuSE dvd/cd.). All parameters that are not used by isolinux/linuxrc are given to yast.
So I don't know if you are using a customised dvd or cd, but ifso you can put 'textmode=1' into the isolinux.cfg file that is located in /boot/loader on the dvd/cd.

For the cd-boot Methode it's good to know. Perhaps I'll switch later from Floppy to CD Booting. But now I load the kernel via floppy tftp grub and the rest will be loaded via nfs. The nfs "share" is a directory in which I have copied in all the 5 Suse 8.2 CDs.
As far I understood linuxrc will be used only when a CD based install Methode is used. Or can it "activated" using the floppy methode as well?
