I'm getting ready to install SUSE 9.2 I am doing a dual boot system with XP on the first primary partition and SUSE on the second primary partition. What do I need to know about before installation as far as partition problems. Currently I have 9.1 and my XP isn't accessable and I understand it is from "hidden NTFS' partitions. A problem that Yast causes in the boot partition table or something. Is this problem corrected in 9.2 or is there more fixes?? Thanks! __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Don't understand where your problem is. Does adding section title Windoze chainloader (hd0,1)+1 to menu.lst work? It should (independently on the NTFS filesystem). Don't know why the NTPF partition should be hidden (I don't think this was done by YaST). -- Regards, Jiri Srain YaST2 developer --------------------------------------------------------------------- SuSE CR, s.r.o. e-mail: jsrain@suse.cz Drahobejlova 27 tel: +420 2 9654 2373 190 00 Praha 9 fax: +420 2 9654 2374 Czech Republic http://www.suse.cz
