First, SLES9 beta is not subject of this list. I dont know how you got the beta, but there are other ways to report sles9 bugs. to avoid dhcp on sles9, there is a new option 'netsetup' which also does other things, but to disable it completly, use netsetup=0 Anas Joachim.Tork@gad.de wrote:

Does anybody know how to avoid the dhcp thing ?

The second thing I am wondering about is that in SLES 9 there is no such tool like create_package_descr to keep the package description files upto date ?
