both looks good. I don't see anything wrong. I tried your profile on a disk with a very similar partitioning and it works fine here.

with SLES9 SP1, I encountred a similar problem on ia64 arch with the following partitioning section (see bellow). Our workaround is to start install without any partions on drives. Note : I don't remembre is we encountred the case on i386 arch.
