Causing a partition to _not_ be mounted?
Hi, We are using autoyast2-2.8.14-68 (SUSE 9.0) to automatically install machines over the network. The machines have an existing NTFS partition which we do not want to touch. autoyast removes the other partitions and creates them as Linux ones. This all works fine. However, after the system is installed the NTFS partition is found in /etc/fstab like so: /dev/hda1 /windows/C ntfs ro,users,gid=users,umask=0002,nls=iso8859-1 0 0 But we don't want to have this in /etc/fstab! Is it possible to not create the fstab entry for this partition? If yes, how could this be done? If you want to see our autoinst.xml, I have made it available here: http://www-uxsup.csx.cam.ac.uk/~aia21/linux/autoinst.xml Thanks a lot in advance!
