What do I need in my .xml file to tell SuSE 9.2 autoyast to install the x86_64 binaries on x86_64 boxes? Currently it is installing the 32bit code. Thanks.

Hi Egan, might it be you copied the CDs into the installation repository? I think the 64 bit code is found on the DVD only. Cheers, Peter.

I have the DVD. I found the problem. The kernel and initrd have 64 appended. This convention is new I believe. A tip for others. If you plan to extract root64, extract to inst-sys64.
