I apologize for not having the answer, but I'm curious - you bought SLES but you don't have support from Novell? This seems like the sort of question tailor made for a call to their support staff. The few times I've picked up the phone to call them, they've been pretty helpful. How did you copy the content to your install server ? Via the install server setup function in yast ? I think there has been some changes in the way multiple CDs are laid out between sles9 and sles10, but I'm not sure what they are in detail.
