I see the same here. The system boots but yast2 fails in the second stage. Looks like milestone4 is a bit broken.

I finally got the time to look into that on 11.2 you can workaround that error by adding yast2-bootloader to your package list. you'll run into another error in the second stage unless you add yast2-slp too. Both should be fixed with milestone 7.
