Well, it seems the network device is not configured correctly. look on the 3rd console and see if linuxrc complains and make sure you load the right network module.
Anas Thanks for your answer ;=).This steps i've already done before i wrote this mail. I also have made my on cd only with initrd, kernel, isolinux.cfg and isolinux.bin. It doesn't work ! :=(( Maybe bug in initrd 64Bit ...?
