Include a .tar.gz file into an autoinstall file

Hi All, I want to make an autoinstall file with the following components: a normal installation with customized packages selections and partitions. At the end, I want to umcompress a tar.gz file and run a shell script (to change some files/permissions). It's possible, or I will have to insert file for file into control file?
