I'm using SuSE 10.0 Professional and I'm trying to get an autoinstall with RAID going. Everything looks fine, but the installation stops with the following message:
Error Storage modification failed. System error code was -6002. Failure occured during following action: Creating software RAID /dev/md0.
Has anyone else run in to this? Does anyone know what it means?
as a workaround I recommend you to wipe out the partition table in a pre-script and set all "initialize" to "false" in the profile. I hope that helps to circumvent the problems until it's fixed. -- ciao, Uwe Gansert Uwe Gansert, Server Technologies Team SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstrasse 5, D-90409 Nuernberg, Germany e-mail: uwe.gansert@suse.de, Tel: +49-(0)911-74053-0, Fax: +49-(0)911-74053-476, Web: http://www.suse.de
