[opensuse-autoinstall] sles10 patching during autoinstallation

Hi all together, I install SLES10 from an ftp installation server with autoyast. No problem so far. Now I would like patching the system during installation. I would prefer using a "patch depot" on my installation server. How can I install a SLES10 "patch server"? Is there a way to patch one "master server" with online update, afterwards put all the patches on my ftp installation server and from now on patch all further machines with the the patches on my installation server?
